We are looking to hire Customer Service Representative to work in TM Group Contact Center.
Job Scope:
-Attending Incoming call from Telekom Unifi User
-Attending Customer Billing Enquiries
-Attend general inquiries on Unifi product
-Attending Billing Disputes
-Preparing report
Requirements :
- Must have good listening skills + communication skill.
-Minimum SPM (Pass in ENG and BM)
-Diploma/Degree in any fields
-Fresh graduate applicants are encouraged to apply
-Have ability to SPEAK in ENGLISH and MALAY language
Basic Salary :
• SPM/CERT/Diploma = RM1500 (Basic Salary) + RM300 (Allowance)
• Degree = RM1700 (Basic Salary) + RM300 (Allowance)
***OT will be by request
